Our motivation behind starting this organization is to celebrate the talent, creativity, and resilience of the women in Bolgatanga and to create a positive impact on their lives and communities.

Agnes’ Transformation

Once struggling to make ends meet, Agnes, a talented weaver, joined Woven Dreams and recruited 200+ women, training them in basket weaving, and enabling them to earn a sustainable income. Many of these women will be able to send their children to school and dream of opening their own workshops.
